The management is really bad one, they are just sitting to take money from residents. The worst thing after 10:00pm you can’t find a single parking space although you are charged $30.00 monthly for parking. The hallways very dirty and they never get cleaned. At end of the lease you will charge lots of nonsense expense for paint, curtains and cleaning,even if you clean the apartment you will be charged $125.00 at the end of your lease. RecommendedThe entire community went through a great updating that cost millions of dollars, that really changed a lot and made it much more enjoyable. Staff is great and maintenance team is very responsive. If you have kids they will really enjoying as they invested a lot in adding new play grounds and indoor play room that is really great.

Beyond disappointed with Bent Tree Apartments. We pay a fee every month for trash. And lately all of the dumpsters and compactors have been full. Resulting in people piling trash next to the dumpsters because there’s nowhere else to put it. Bent tree has started fining people for leaving trash next to the dumpsters. What I’m confused about is, if we pay a fee every month for our trash to be taken care of, why aren’t they using that fee to add more dumpsters or schedule more pick up times? why are they telling us that it’s ou... read more

I’m been upset that a gym was promised to me in May and it’s October and I still can’t workout near my home. I’m sure my rent includes amenities. I want management to give me an email or a call about when the hell it will be open. They should be making everyone’s rent cheaper with the lack of access to PROMISED amenities. I’m never recommending this place to anyone.
My friends and I just move here and I love the area! They were very helpful with our move in and I can easily take the bus to my job, not to mention there’s a nice trail I can go jogging on nearby. Love this area!
Ever since Aimco took over it’s been downhill since then. They’re renovating the clubhouse and said it would be done of spring of 2019, no access to pool, gym. It’s SUMMER, what crap timing. Tell me why we’re paying monthly for parking, yet I find myself parking at the shopping center across the street. They took up three spaces near my building for trash disposal, then they added “reserved spots” that took up even more spots. Moved from Bent Tree almost a year ago lived her for 8 years and the new management is awful. They are rude and very unprofessional they don’t care about their residence, just the money. They charge for everything, parking, trash compactor and etc. if you work nights like I did and can’t find a parking spot that you are paying for and you have to park at Bella’s because you can’t park in visitors if you are paying for parking but there’s no spots to park, stupid!
