Benson was great!! He was always available and on the few occasions we had to leave a voicemail, he was getting back with us very soon! Benson was referred to us by a friend and from day one we were absolutely amazed with how professional and dedicated he was. Benson did a great job keeping us informed of the process. He was in communication with the different people involved in the purchase of our home (salesperson from Richmond American), title companies, mortgage lenders, and our realtor from Montrose. I had complete confidence following through with all parts. He even helped move boxes into our new home.
