Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms! Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant... read more

Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this pediatrician patient with first-time mothers? Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset
