Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent

I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations? Yes, they answered my questions Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision

Was this provider's office too loud? Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise Does this provider remember you by name? Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment
