Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? The last thing that happened which makes me not want to go over there again is that my child wa missdiagnosed and then later a report came back saying that my child needs to come back beacuse he tested positive in the results. When her assistant previoulsy told me that my baby was negative. I showed up on time for my appointment in many ocacions but they weren't even there yet. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Dr. Benson is a GREAT doctor. She will get to know you and your family so you don't feel like a stranger in the room. Im 18 and sad that Dr. Benson can't be my doctor anymore! Wonderful person!!
