Okay. I’m at my wits end with this vehicle and Benson Hyundai of Spartanburg. I have a 2016 Hyundai Veloster. I have right at 87,000 miles on it. In December 2019, I took them my car for my engine light, the oil light flickering, and a knock in the engine. MY CAR SHIFTED FINE! Not a problem wrong with it accelerating, or anything. Got my car back in February, smelt a strong gas smell. They told it could be left over from the mechanic or maybe had leaked gas to contact them in 48 hours if the smell was still there. If you paid for those discounted or free oil changes a few months ago be sure to keep track of them and how many you have left because my Benson service person tried to charge me again.
We purchased a 2020 Hyundai Kona Limited from Benson Hyundai in Spartanburg today and were very happy with the service, attention to detail, & bottom line price. We searched about a dozen Hyundai dealerships throughout the Carolinas and no one gave us a better price. Super friendly too.
