My husband and I desperately needed a vehicle with more room after having a new baby, so we came to Benson with the intent to look at some pre-owned suvs. Joseph was a huge help and worked with our budget to get us into something with space for our kiddos. Please save yourselves the stress and go somewhere else. I cannot say this enough. My husband and I made the unfortunate mistake of coming to this dealer about 2 weeks ago. We went in on a Saturday. Our salesman was Miguel. Miguel seemed very nice and honest, we had an agreed upon price, both my husband and I were asked to sign a statement agreeing that if we agreed to pay the agreed upon monthly payment after the requested deposit and trade in, then we had a deal to confirm our price. Past experience has shown that car buying can be a nightmare. Not at Benson Hyundai. We bought a 2021 Hyundai Palisade yesterday and Robert Winecoff was friendly yet professional and very easy going. We did some negotiating by email first and when we arrived, never felt under pressure to buy, no pressure to get add ons that we didn’t want, no pressure to use their finance services.
