I was just wondering if it is common for the Ben's stores to cover the dough in a white hand towel?

There was Saran Wrap between the dough and the white cloth but I had to remove the white cloth anyway.
There were a couple pretzels in the case but were not fresh. I told the clerk I would prefer a fresh one and he said ok they would be out in 5 minutes. When they came out he let me select the one I wanted. He said because I had to wait. I also had a coupon for free cheese dip but it had expired the day before. He went ahead and honored it. These pretzels are really good and I especially like the $2.00 Tuesday where a jumbo pretzel is only $2.00 all day.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The pretzels are just delicious and so is the nacho cheese :) My son is always asking to come get a pretzel with cheese and I cant resist either
