The pretzels we got where so undercooked you coukd see the dough pull like a ruberband. The bites where soggie and uneadible. When we went to the people to complain we got a nasty look and huffed at with a eye roll and they refused to fix the problem and started to aruge with me and my wife. Worsy bens uve ever been to.

We drove 2 hours to eat at Ben's, and could not be happier! The pretzels were absolutely DELISH, and perfect as always! Hot now is ALWAYS a favorite! Sydney was as sweet as could be and was so friendly to us! She even showed my little son a tutorial of how to prep and bake the pretzels! We will be a return customer for life!

I drive from Henry County to Greenfield Wal-Mart just to get Bens Pretzels after we shop.....
Normally, I'd give Ben's a 5 start rating as we love their pretzels; however, I'm sitting here right now and the person running the resister has been extremely rude to every customer, arguing when she rang an order up wrong, getting huffy when people were unhappy that they're not able to enjoy $2 Tuesday because they're out of jumbo pretzels and telling everyone a longer wait time each time. I'm not sure what her name is, her hair is a faded light purple, but I certainly wouldn't use her as the face of my franchise.
