Austin's best Jewelry Store – The first day my future fiance and I went to Benold's we experienced the most helpful customer service by Maria. She assisted us with the ring selection of our dreams and had it expedited with a deadline of two weeks. The day I came to pick up the ring(the day before my trip to mexico, which is part of the proposal) I experienced trouble with my credit card. Hallie is our Graduate Gemologist and to put it plainly is the biggest "stickler" around when it comes to creating the one and only ring for you. Her designs are truly tailored to each individual and she makes sure the manufacturing of that ring is meticulous. She spends a great deal of time with our in-house jewelers making sure each little detail is as it should be. She has a love/hate relationship with our jewelers, Ricky and Moises. Mostly it's LOVE!!!
Excellent place to shop for a ring – I did many searches around town and on the internet and didn't find anything that came close to the service that I received at Benold's. Every time I went in the staff was attentive and helpful and they helped me find exactly what I wanted. Special thanks to Milton who spent a good deal of time with me helping make my decision.
Treated like royalty! – By the time I visited Benold’s jewelers, I had already been to several other Jewelers in town to get quotes. Honest Great Service – You can tell these people have been in buisness a long time for a reason because they provide good honest service and do not push you like many other stores. Majority of the sales staff has been with the company for 10+ years. We were recommended to stop by Benold's by a friend. Thought we would check them out and found them to be great.
