We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Rachel at Benold’s! We came in to get my engagement ring resized, plus a wedding band for myself and my (now) husband. Rachel worked patiently with us to find exactly what we wanted. My husband was unsure what type of ring he wanted, but was interested in signet rings, and Rachel was able to find a flat hexagonal design that he is absolutely thrilled with. Shop around. I just had my suspicion confirmed. My made to match "CUSTOM" ring has a stamp from NYC, smaller diamonds and a very noticeable addition to the number of diamonds-all because these are smaller than what they said they sold to me- so they don't go as far around the ring as my original. Yes, I was lied to and over charged. And this is one of 3 they were dishonest about. Don't go here if you want to have good memories and a honest deal.
Great Service! – I had a wonderful experience at Benold's. I took in a set of sterling silver earrings that had broken (extremely tiny chains that had managed to unhook, and really didn't think they could be saved) and asked Jewelry Repair if they would be able to fix them. The lady took them to the back, and about 10 minutes later came to the front with them fixed! When I asked the fee, she said not to worry about it, it was on them! Amazing Things.... – First I would like to say that me and the Fiance went shopping at a few other stores for our wedding bands before we tried Benolds. Too many pushy sales reps at the other stores and really just so rude,trying to sell us just whatever they wanted.Not what we were looking for! Not at Benolds! Great Service and Beautiful Jewelry! – I bought my fiance's engagement ring here. I must have shopped a dozen other stores, several online and several here in Austin (some very established ones). The thing that set Benold's apart was that they actually paid attention to what I had budgeted and the specific type of ring that I was looking for.
