We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Rachel at Benold’s! We came in to get my engagement ring resized, plus a wedding band for myself and my (now) husband. Rachel worked patiently with us to find exactly what we wanted. My husband was unsure what type of ring he wanted, but was interested in signet rings, and Rachel was able to find a flat hexagonal design that he is absolutely thrilled with.
