You can call weeks in advance to make an appointment for them to break down a carcass for you and they will still be 2 weeks late getting it done. If you sell halves or wholes to others Ben will tell your customers that he can get them cheaper meat to try and steal your customers. It's unbelievable. I am glad the people who buy from us don't fall for that BS. He may be able to get cheaper meat but it's no where near the product we raise here.
