They invoiced me despite not coming out and providing service last month. At first, I thought it was a mistake and emailed them saying no one had been out yet. They never responded but instead called and left me a message saying I was past due. I called back, but no one answered and I left a message explaining I was still waiting on them to come out. No one returned my call but I kept getting generic notices of an invoice owed. I called again and left a detailed message of the dates of the invoice and the date they last came... read more
