Mr Bennett came out and said we needed a blower fan motor. ( the unit was working fine) He said he would order it and return in a couple days. Called him several times to come replace. Luckily he never showed up.( when he said he was coming) Called a different company to come check blower fan. Nothing is wrong with the blower fan!!! Be careful with this company!
I’ve used this company twice over the years and they have always taken care of me. I had what turned out to be a capacitor go bad on my old package unit and no one wanted to touch it. I know it was an old unit, but I needed it to just get me by until I could replace it, but everyone else was trying to sell me a new unit. My gosh this business deserves much better reviews, professional, honest, kind and FAST. Fixed the main problem right away. I've only had to call on em twice, once years ago and this year when the power outage took out my compressor for the final time, same day I called em they came by. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg or or recommend replacing the whole unit right away, tried one other company before them and kept charging me to wiggle the wires and do nothing didnt really fix the issue, then finally wanted to charge me a ... read more
I've used this guy twice before with no problem. In July my blower motor quit and it needed a new housing. I called and they came out and told me parts are a week out. I called after two weeks they said the parts are coming. I call every week and nothing. Two months later still nothing. I've called and texted nothing. I live in a remote place not to many people service my are so I'm kinda out of luck
