Not recommended at all! She wasn't punctual and arrived late. She has poor and unprofessional communication style and never replied our email regarding the appraisal report. Besides, she seems not have a clear understanding of very simple and basic concepts like square feet! Even the lender was surprised by her report. Save your time and money and do business with someone else.
