I was referred to Dr. Sears after going thru 3 total reverse shoulder surgeries on my right shoulder in the last 6 months He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and genuinely cared about fixing my shoulder so I could lead a normal life again. Even though this was a situation he had never experienced before, he researched the problem and came up with a plan of action. It was my first surgery but very relaxed experience, i was given the info i needed and i reassured each step of the way, felt very comfortable with the staffing and they made sure i was well taken cared of while at the facility. Dr. Sears was easy to talk to and made me feel i was in good hands for the procedure.
Both Dr. Sears and his PA, Jacob, were kind, accessible, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and presented all the options available for my consideration. I left the appointment feeling reassured and supported and will look forward to working with them in the future.
Dr. Sears is a caring person and makes you feel comfortable and explains all the detail details that will be done to a person.
