The staff and Dr. Ben W Benjamin Weisenthal were all very kind and helpful. I am optimistic about my treatment plan.
It took me a few times to muster up the courage to come see Dr Weisenthal for my low back and cervical issues. I guess disappointing is the least that can be said. I chose the dr based on his profile, I assumed someone who has had back issues of their own may have more compassion, but I believe i was wrong. Great experience. Short wait time, pleasent and efficient staff and Dr knowledgeable with good bed side manner.
Walked in with a cane, unable to work, barely able to get 4 hours of sleep at a time. Sciatica 24/7, daily dose of NSAIDs just to get mobile. Dr. Weisenthal did all the appropriate steps; muscle relaxers, x-ray, MRI, steroids (oral and injection). And once he saw they weren't working he moved right on to fixing it. I arrived surgery day with a cane, walked out several hours later and threw it in the back of my car. Haven't had to use it since. He and his staff are great. I recommend them to everyone.
