Overpriced! The plumber came when scheduled and he was pleasant to deal with. He replaced our washing machine drain and trap and added a Studor vent because it was not vented properly. We have a full basement so access was not a problem. It took 4.3 hours including some time to wait for delivery of supplies by an associate. The total charge was $1096. The service charge was $49 and I estimate materials (Studor vent, pipe, and fittings) cost to be $70 retail. That comes to $227 per hour for labor! The operations manager reduc... read more
