I think the customer satisfaction definitely depends on the plumber who you get, but lately, Ive gotten a really gem every time. Not a good experience. I was over charge by more than a thousand dollars. I had moved to a new place and needed help turning on the water heater. The service technician shows up, but stated that due to guideline, he cannot help me turn on the water heater without installing multiple updates. I follow through with his explanation, however, later I found out that all of that was completely necessary. There was no guideline that require multiple updates, and there was nothing wrong with the water heater, it was only 3 years old... read more
