Tonight, ********************* showed up when my workday was finished (I had limited availability), and he fixed an outdoor **** (?) that two other plumbers told me couldnt be fixed they told me for the last two years that wed have to tear open a wall and hire a contractor to repair siding to fix a faucet/****. Not a good experience. I was over charge by more than a thousand dollars. I had moved to a new place and needed help turning on the water heater. The service technician shows up, but stated that due to guideline, he cannot help me turn on the water heater without installing multiple updates. I follow through with his explanation, however, later I found out that all of that was completely necessary. There was no guideline that require multiple updates, and there was nothing wrong with the water heater, it was only 3 years old... read more
