*** was very helpful and saw you with that my water got turned back on. I have an ongoing issue with a whole house filter, which needs to be resolved. *** was very pleasant to work with, and answered all my questions.
Outrageous Pricing. I had what I believed to have sewer gas smell in my house. I was told my service tech that he guaranteed it was a blockage at the * spot in the piping. *he service was complete and nothing was found and was told that my toilet paper was probably the fault of the issue. I was charged $900.00 for a pull and reset 1 toilet and drain vision - zone. I really should have done my homework prior and called another company as nearby companies charges $300-$500 for this service.
Very professional and knowledgeable on answering all our questions. Will be using them for our new water heater installation.
***** very friendly. Was rapid doing inspection. Fixed small issue in guest bathroom. Made suggestion what kind trap to purchase & where get it. Give ***** 120 % thumbs up ??
The plumber they sent was friendly, on time, fast and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I was lucky that he had the part for my Toto toilet, because most people don't have that brand. If I ever need a plumber again, I'll be calling Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
