Rust did an excellent job of replacing my water filter. He is very personable and easy to talk to, and he is very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. He explained all the ins and outs of what he was doing, and he made it easy for me to understand. It was a pleasure to have him do this work in the house.

*** the plumber was excellent. He did outstanding work installing two outdoor hose spigot. The new 1/4 turn gate valve installation required work in some pretty tight quarters. *** handled the job with ease and professionalism. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is definitely not your low cost option. But for quality the value can not be beat. I highly recommend them
