We have had Wayne on two different occasions. First to do some maintenance. Super job. Knows what he is talking about. Today we had a water filter system put in. Wayne as usual was on time, quick install and helpful with our questions We would strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and especially Wayne
Aaron came right on time, was very polite and very knowledgeable. The price was higher than we could afford at this time but the company, and certainly this young man, were very solid and respectable.
Couldn’t ask for a better experience. John Andrews was my service tech. Both times he was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Got the job done right, and even made sure to take pictures so I could see the end result ( as it was under the house). Both times he came he was out here after dark making sure he got as much done as he could. An employee like that I hope gets recognized by the company and rewarded, because thanks to him I’ll be calling Benjamin Franklin for all my future plumbing needs.
