Inconsiderate tech. One came to our condo complex today to replace a neighbor's water heater. He failed to inform us that he was shutting off the water. Only when I had issues and called in was I told it was off. I was told it was the HOAs responsibility to tell me. The tech had spoken to my husband earlier and asked for assistance with located shut off valve for that unit. Not once did he say he'd have to turn off all the water. He could have said something.
Derrick and Brandon did an excellent job on my project. Very professional. Good cleanup after. They answered all my questions.
