I can't thank Ken H. enough. My water heater was blown. It turned out to be a nightmare job as I have an old mobile home and you know what a can of worms the plumbing can be. He made sure my water heater was installed properly and afterwards discovered a leak in the old pipe. He removed the new tank and replaced the old pipes and then reinstalled it. The job was done right and I so appreciate it! I definitely will be using Ben Franklin plumbing again. Thank you Ken for doing such a good job!
I can't say enough about my technician, Ken Hodges...super friendly, caring and honest. He did what he could for me and was happy to do it. I would definitely recommend using Ken for all your plumbing needs.
