I was lucky enough to get Ken H. as my serviceman to replace my dead water heater. Ken was friendly, honest and professional. He called to let me know when he was on his way. He arrived on time and worked extremely hard to remove and install my new water heater. He even went the extra mile when the pressure in my kitchen sink was weak to fix the problem and make sure it was working properly. I cannot recommend Ken or Ben Franklin plumbing highly enough. Thank you SO much Ken for doing a great job for me!

FANTASTIC! I needed a sink replacement. Ken Hodges was my plumbing technician. He was reliable, efficient, friendly, knew what he was doing, and left me with a new stainless steel double sink, with new faucet and sprayer. It was necessary for him to reconstruct the piping, add shut off valves etc. I am totally impressed with Ken's technical know how and workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken Hodges and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Lakeport, to anyone seeking plumbing assistance.
