The plumber that came was great . He was very knowledgeable and by thinking of all possibilities he was able to solve the problem without putting in things I didn’t need.
When I desperately needed help, Ben Franklin Plumbing did not hesitate to send someone to my home within a just a few hours if my call... and where I live, that is quick! in a matter of minutes, the cause of my problem was discovered and resolved... I really appreciate them showing me exactly what the problem was, and I could handle it myself if it every occurred again... We haved used them in the past and will call on them whenever we need their expertise.

They got to my home earlier then we expected and fixed my failed pump station. He even made some recommendations to upgrade it even though I decided not to. He answered all my questions and emailed me a receipt before I asked for one!
