Quick to be seen and then no delays with my procedure
The wait was long. My appointment was for 2:30 and did not the doctor until 3:30 so I waited an hour for him to see me.
Office runs efficiently. Dr. F answers all questions.
My appointment was on time and efficient. Dr. Freilich is fabulous! He is smart, personable and quick!
What stood out was how friendly and personable everyone was. I was really anxious about my procedure. Thanks to them I had a easy and fun visit to the retina center and I look forward to my next visit
If you’re looking for a doctor that knows medicine with a horrible bedside manner, then by all means choose him.
Firstly, as a legally blind patient, seeing a retina specialist who presumably sees many patients with low vision, I was extremely surprised and disappointed to be handed a clipboard of small-print forms to fill out. For an office who serve people with low vision, they should have large print materials available. This was not the worst part of my visit though.
