excellent Pad Thai
The service is very attentive. Had Tuna Tataki Sashimi. Presentation was nice and it was flavorless otherwise. Asked for some ponzu sauce (soy and lemon juice) to help and it looked like a dark orange juice. It was weird and not very helpful. Got a Thai House Salad. It was untossed -- just a bed of lettuce with components on the sides. My favorite local restaurant. It’s authentic, and cultural and divine. Benja is an amazing lady with an amazing life and what she has brought to St George is simply unmatched.
I would give Five Stars but that would leave no room for improvement. I used to say I would try anything once except sushi - and Benja's won me over. I like having a "degree of spicy" to choose from - I chose "3" this time and I think next time I will try "one." Always enjoy coming here with my wife - sometimes to celebrate something - sometimes just because...
