The most amazing hospital I've ever been in! Every single member of the staff is so kind and helpful. The doctors and nurses and students take such wonderful care of their patients and their patients' families as well.
I am still amazed on how great everyone was,they took such good care of us and my little mister loved everyone also. The stuff from sercurty to the nurses and our person team of specialist treated us like family, even had some great person talks. We were all nerves and they gave us the room to trust them and I was even ok with leaving the room to take care of us. (I really really did not plan to leave his side). There is not enough words or gratitude to share how amazing they are.
I have been at coming to this hospital since my twins were born. This is the best hospital in the world we are so lucky. My son Alex Marcelo has undergone five open heart surgeries. I don't know what I would have them without UCSF Children's Hospital!!

If your child has a rare disease, send them somewhere else! To many changes with the staff. Nobody seems to be interested in finding out how to treat the patient. The staffing disrespects the parents and disregards what they say. The social workers don't help. Staff don't read patients notes and do the wrong thing and nobody is held accountable. I was absolutely impressed by their loving staff and state of the art hospital. The staff made our stay very comfortable and were very accommodating.
This a wonderfull place were the help so much ,they care for the pacient.they ben there for my grandson for 3 open heart surgery thank you for oll the support and all great Job of the Doctors
