Long story short, get your annual or semi annual system tune up done and change your filters. We had our system installed 5 years ago by benefit and couldn’t be happier with the work they did. However, just yesterday a clogged condensation drain line shut down the whole system. Thanks to Mike, Paul, Chuck, Kole, and their dispatcher Anthony for getting someone out to house early the next day and solving the issue in under an hour. Thanks again guys.
Tech called to tell me he'd be there in 40 min-and he was. He explained everything to me. Since technicians are not on commission, there's no fear that they will sell me something I don't need. He used his own hose, he set the thermostat settings and everything back just as they were when he arrived. 100% pleasant and professional experience. And I'm picky.

The technician called before the appointment and gave me the option for him to come early or at the scheduled appointment time. There was basically no waiting, and he was here in a timely way. Communication was clear and respectful. He carefully evaluated my two air conditioning units for the casita and the house. He checked everything and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need- which was extra nice because other companies would see the 25 year old unit on the casita and want to sell me a new unit! I had Kyle come out and look at my unit, he was very polite and professional. Did not try to high pressure me into things i didn't need. He educated me on exactly what i needed and why he was doing what he was doing. I feel very comfortable using them for my ac services in the future! Thanks :)
