The most awful rude experience I’ve ever had from a medical office. Absolutely atrocious. Extremely rude and unprofessional reception person. Even though we had a referral from ED was told no one could see us, they had no one there that day that would see a child. Refused to make me an appointment on a day with someone available. I have been attending annually for the last few years & the staff are friendly & polite. Mr Jamieson is professional and friendly. No question is to simple or silly. Thank You for making the experience less nerve racking.
I made the mistake of trusting these people to do my cataract surgery. Every consult i had in the lead up was rushed. I had to insist the “specialist” not leave until I could ask some more questions. I was not informed that the procedure could result in long term photophobia and dry eye - which is exactly what happened. I have since spent thousands of dollars on dry eye treatment and may need laser surgery to correct my vision in one eye. A hive of activity here. Although my appointment was for 8.15am there was already a queue of people waiting to get into the Bendigo Eye Clinic first thing in the morning. The team at the front counter were friendly and efficient as they assisted me, and everyone in turn. Given the volume of people, I found that the team handled everyone’s needs in a professional manner.
