Whilst the specialist seems to be a good doctor, It is appalling that people should have to wait for the amount of time that they do. There are Elderly people with significant disabilities who are often forced to wait for hours in the waiting room. All that says to me is the clinic values its time more than their patients. It’s hard to see any logical reason for this, And it’s appalling.

Would love to see mr Jamieson but was told theres a 7/8 month wait for 1st appointment so i have to see Mr P Burt and thats a 5 month wait, oh dear!!

The most awful rude experience I’ve ever had from a medical office. Absolutely atrocious. Extremely rude and unprofessional reception person. Even though we had a referral from ED was told no one could see us, they had no one there that day that would see a child. Refused to make me an appointment on a day with someone available. It says on their website that they do offer services to children. After arguing the urgency was told they don’t believe what the referral says is accurate? I have been attending annually for the last few years & the staff are friendly & polite. Mr Jamieson is professional and friendly. No question is to simple or silly. Thank You for making the experience less nerve racking.
