Had very disappointed experience with Jamie in the rental department. I gave five properties under his management. During that period never answered phone calls. and never calls me back with explanation. Email never replied No update with properties situation. Especially when there is hard time for me to dealing with vcat. Got zero help from them. Called them last week through whole week. We purchased a home through BBRE with Cameron, he was kind, informative, present throughout the entire process, he was with us from the day of inspection, right until the day of settlement, there was not a time we felt we were not guided or important as the purchaser of the home. Cameron is a great Sales Agent.
