We used a car shopping site and stopped at the Richfield store and met Josh just before noon on a Saturday. His easy style and willingness to help while working with 3 other perspective buyers gave us a good feeling as we tested the vehicle we came in for. Unfortunately after a final check just before we were to make a purchase, Josh found an engine flaw, advised us and returned our down payment! This is our "Five Star" show of gratitude! Thanks Josh!
