One of the best experiences we have ever had with an automobile sales shop!!! We noticed a truck we wanted, on the Bender Auto website at 5:00pm & we live 40 min away, they closed @ 6pm. I made a phone call and Amanda was more than willing to stay open for us to come at look at it yet that evening. When we got there, the truck was more than we were expecting, they worked with us on pricing and all of this while staying late to accommodate us. I called inquiring for an automobile. Saleman said he would take pictures for me and send them via email. Never did and never followed up like he said he would. Disappointed ...already have finance ready. Oh well on to the next.

Bought an Acura last weekend and josh was extremely accommodating to find me the best financing options while going above and beyond with the credit union. Drove away happy with my purchase, check engine light comes on and I find out that I need a new catalytic converter. Not a cheap fix, I called Bender Auto Sales and josh once again went above and beyond to find out what the problem was and offered to fix it for free of charge!
