I’m in love with Maggie at Benchmark Property Management. The application process was complicated. But every time I called with a concern Maggie was friendly and escalated any of my issues or concerns. I can always hear her smile over the phone. If I could give a 0 review I would. This is by far the worst property management company I have ever went with. They are very inconsiderate and and they only care about the owner. The owner has needed to replace my fridge twice because he wanted to keep sending the warranty people to “fix” it. Them, nor the owner offered to reimburse me for food or anything. Very pleased with the service I’ve been receiving and Benchmark. Unlike lots of other area companies, they are actually local, and a live person always answers the phone.
BPM was able to help navigate the eviction process for me as I dealt with my first non paying tenant ever. Fortunately they moved things along quickly so that I didn’t lose too much on rent.
Hiring Benchmark to manage my property was the best decision ever. They handle maintenance, lease renewals, everything.
