I have been a patient since 1984; could not be more satisfied!
Luckily I have not needed any treatment - just checkups and cleanings. Always very pleasant. Wonder if a bit pricey? The facility is not a luxury spa, but it's an appropriately dull medical office.
I have used Dr. Jernigan for close to twenty years. I have since moved from Decatur to Dunwoody but continue to use him because of my confidence in his abilities and judgement. My daughter tried several dentists in the Dunwoody area and though they were certainly good, she is willing to go to a less convenient area (for us) because of his service.
I have had some very extensive bridgework over the years and wouldn't have had any one do the work other than Dr. Jernigan! I have been a patient for almost 15 years now and drive quite a distance to see him! It's worth the drive for sure! Highly recommended - great office/hygenist staff as well! Gayle
'Gentle Ben' is the best dentist I've had. I've been seeing him for almost 15 years now. He is always patient, caring and he listens intently. I've often heard people say in situations that you can neve ask a stupid question - any question you ask Ben is treated professionally and he makes you feel confident with his response. Would not consider going anywhere else!
Dr. Jernigan is extremely caring, gentle and professional. He is reasonably priced and very understanding about financial difficulties. His work has been excellent. The hygienist is very gentle and explained every procedure very clearly. Everyone is very cheerful and helps the patient to relax. I always appreciate the reminder about an upcoming appointment. I would and have recommended Dr. Jernigan to anyone seeking a new dentist.
