After our long time family dentist, who we had gone to for 20+ years, sold his practice a few years ago, we bounced around before finding Dr. Jernigan. Our entire family, including two college aged children pronounced him "the best" after their first visit. He and his entire staff are polite, courteous and professional - a throwback to a much better time in terms of dental and medical care. His prices are reasonable and he doesn't try to up sell you into a lot of needless work to pad his wallet. He is great.
After going to a couple of dentists who I thought were good, honest dentist, we were referred to Dr. Jernigan. 1) Honest - he does not tell you need something you do not. He is not a money grabber. 2) Not full of himself. 3) Prices are very reasonable. 4) No problems with any of the work performed over the years. 5) He is good with children. He is our dentist for good.
Good solid dentist in every regard. Pays attention to details, takes each case personally, and knows his stuff. I should know, my Dad was a first rate dentist (now deseased). He has an old style way about him that is comforting. Very professional, and so is his staff.
I think Dr. Jernigan offers excellent customer service, and his staff is wonderful. I love my dental hygenist "Jackie". I like that Dr. Jernigan's offers excellent payment options for his services. It's very hard to find a doctor today, who will allow you to make payments after the service has been rendered. This is why I have stayed with him for 20K+ years. KUDO'S to you and your staff.
I have been using Dr. Jernigan for years. He is extremely caring, and explains things very well. I have been so impressed with Dr. Jernigan that when I moved over an hours drive away I still make the compute to see him. It is very hard to find a dentist you can trust completely.
Dr. Jernigan is exceptional, after going to 4 dentists who are ok, Dr. Jernigan is the one that I will stay with from now on. Having a great dentist growing up set my standards really high and Dr. Jernigan has met and exceeded those standards.
Dr Jerigan did his internship at my childhood dentist office and I have used him ever since. He is gentle and only does what needs to be done. He has always been very professional as well as friendly. He has really helped me and my family for years. He's great. I travel about 40 miles one way to see him.
Dr. Jernigan has been my dentist since I was a little girl.He was gentle, respectful and pleasant then and is today. My family and I have no reservations about the dentist or dental work because of the care we have received over the years from Dr. Jernigan and his staff. I would recommend him and his work to anyone in the area!
I have been a patient of Dr. Jernigan since the early 90's. I have had some major dental work in this history, and his staff all have excellent customer service skills. I like the fact that they will make a courtesy call to remind me of my upcoming appts. Overall I would Dr. Jernigan and his Staff an A in service. I especially love Jackie who is my dental hygenist
