I had mitral valve replacement on Oct 2nd. I have a friend who knew one of the top surgeons at UT Medical Center. He is a partner with Dr. Barton. Very nice man, he took the time to answer every question and is very personable, plus a great surgeon. I highly recommend him and the UT Medical Center. Everyone one from the clean up crew, to the people that prepare food, to the nurses, to the surgeon.... all top notch.
He doesn’t even need 1 star. He was the WORST cardiologist ever. His bed side manner was horrible. Come to find out he didn’t even do any documentation on my husband’s care, So when other doctors see him they think he’s lying. I tell you we have nothing but bad experiences with UT and Blount
