Dr. Yousef and his assistants are wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Raina (older lady who runs the front desk) besides the enormous language barrier issues is highly rude, and unprofessional. Got a bill in the mail and when I called to discuss it she yelled, screamed, cussed at me and hung up on me several times. I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me again.
