My experience was very good. My appointment was on time, and everyone were courteous and friendly and at the same time professional.
I had my first appointment at Beltone in Halifax on 15 September; it was for a hearing test. The test was conducted by Bonnie Winton and appeared to be very thorough. Following the hearing test, the results were explained by, I think, a sales representative (Kevin?) and the hearing aid options explored. I felt all my questions were answered satisfactorily.
