I would just like to say that I was impressed with the exam. Everything went smoothly. I have had hearing text in the past but the doctor here was the first to inform me that I could address my mild earwax issue by just allowing the water to run into my ear while in the shower. It is obviously an easier way to address it. I will mention that the doctor was in the office alone on my visit so he had double duties. Watching the front as well as doing the exam. Every thing good to say about my appointment with Nick at beltone. I’ve never had my hearing tested and it was easy, fast and informative. I recommend this location on Lee hwy.
The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The doctor was able to explain clearly each step of the exam. We talked about the results and that also was clear.
I thought that difficult to understand the conversations among people in a group environment and the people behind you talking to you are common for all hearing aids. Surprisingly when I raised the questions during this visit, the problems were corrected perfectly.
I had a great experience yesterday. Thanks for the adjustments you made to my hearing aids. My experience has already improved. Thanks also for the kindness you showed throughout the process.
