Nick was very professional and did an in depth and thorough evaluation of my hearing. He explained in great detail the good, the bad, and the ugly. I found Nick to be very patient and willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. This is much appreciated if you ever feel like you are being rushed through a medical appointment by a person that seems a bit disinterested. This was just the opposite. Two thumbs up for Nick!!!
