Been living here for about 7 months currently and I'm very impressed and exceeded every expectation since Day 1. The maintenance crew is pretty good and legit that I do appreciate them for quick responses and accurate measures to get things done. I would recommend this residential area to anyone.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year. We first moved in to a one bedroom apartment on the third floor!! Loved everything about it!! Now my husband and I live on the first floor, with two bedrooms and we love it even more!! The pool is amazing, the grounds are beautiful, and there’s even a dog park!The staff here is always super friendly and are always quick to answer when you have a question!! You couldn’t find a better place to live.

This community is offering prizes for positive reviews, beware. As I sit in my apt listening to all the traffic on 35, I can't help but be excited for the end of my lease in a few months! If you like hearing yappy dogs or sharing the pool with a ton of children, this place might be for you. If you don't mind paying $1500/month for cheap construction, sign the lease! One of the gates is almost always broken and if you want a gate opener, it's an extra $50 because $1500 just isn't enough. And trash, pest control and admin fees... read more

It's beautiful here ,staff is awesome . The staff work hard to have planed event and actives for everyone to enjoy doing their stay here. Also it's some awesome people that live here💪🏽💪🏽
