The mail boxes have gotten broken into three times now and the office hasn’t told tenants of it at all. Unless you check your mail daily you won’t know. Your checks, IRS checks ect could have been taken and these idiots won’t even tell you about it.

I lived at Belterra for 4 years and I can't say enough good things about the staff and the maintenance department. I would still be living there if a granddaughter had not taken me to Alabama.
RecommendedThe best apartments I've ever rented. highly recommended! Maintenance is always quick turnaround. Staff are always nice. Pool is always clean. I was in a 2b2b 3rd floor unit. Huge patio that had a door to the master bed and living room. I had unit 630. I was there for 5 yrs and never once thought about going to another apartment till I actually bought a house.
This place is so focused on its residents and the staff are always so easy to work with. Amber always remembers my name, my dogs name, and our apt number when we pick up packages. Belterra actually made a gift basket for my pup, Remi! Any problems I have ever had were with other residents and the staff work immediately to solve those small issues. We just moved in Saturday and from the moment we toured here we knew it was the place for us! Our two cats love the new place and our 11 month old daughter loves the window in her room! We love Belterra!
I’ve been here 3 years and it is HOME! Aside from the apartment itself, the office staff are fantastic! The property is clean, close to shopping and entertainment.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My husband and I have lived here for about a year. We just signed another 13 month lease! We love it here. The staff is very sweet and helpful. Professional. The maintenance crew is great, and also very professional. All my requests have been acknowledged and taken care of within 24 hrs and have always left a detailed receipt of what was done. I just want to say that Belterra is the best apartment facility I have ever lived in! Not only is it beautiful, well maintained, the staff is out of this world!!! They are the sweetest, kindest, most caring people I have ever met! They really care about your needs and they go out of their way to make you feel like a friend. This is incomparable to any other apartment complex I have ever lived. You’d be a fool not to apply here! I love everything about the Belterra Apartments! ❤️
