I have been going to Belmont for more than 7 years! I love the staff! They are all extremely friendly! Dr. Kelsey is awesome when he is completing your adjustments and walks you through what he is doing and asks questions frequently about problem areas! I have had nothing but an absolutely positive experience each time I walk into their office!
