I had my first surgery yesterday to have my gallbladder removed. All of the nurses were extremely kind and wonderful with explaining what each step towards my care was for, and answering any questions I had. They made sure I was comfortable, prepared, and that all of the doctors /nurses performing my surgery had spoken to me. Also, they took pictures of my gallbladder for me and let me keep them! :)
I had a procedure yesterday with Dr Ough and Bellin hospital is top notch!! We pulled up to hospital had valet parking, check in was quick and very thorough. All the nurses were amazing and made me feel very comfortable and made sure I well taken care of!!!
I have to give great appreciate for the compassion and caring of most Doctors and nurses at Bellin. I have had numerous Dr's and Nps and had two surgeries and it was excellent on all points. I love my primary Doctors and Np Tracy Zollar (Internal Med in Ashwaubenon) Dr. Brian Knapp (Nerology) Dr. Anna Igler (Obgyn).. The hospital is spot on as well as the clinics and I would recommend them. However there is one area that I believe needs drastic change. We were there to have tubes put in my daughter's ears. The entire staff was awesome. Valet was attentive staff at entrance was fast and friendly and nurses and doctors top notch.
They double charge for the same procedure, then give you the run around, and give you 3 different reasons why they double charge. Have them give you an itemized bill and look closely.
Had to have an emergency surgery today, everyone was wonderful! All the surgical nurses and Dr. Massee were very informative. Thank you everyone at bellin for such a wonderful experience!! Very impressed with how fast I got checked in to the end of the surgery. Everyone involved did an amazing job! Thank you bellin staff!!
some of the nurses were terrible. waited for medicine over an hour. they made me feel like I wasn't doing anything to help myself get. better but yet they were never in here.
Answer the phones would be helpful. Poor customer service.
