Let me just start by saying your home health care is absolutely fantastic. The nurses are very courteous and make sure you are taken care of before they even think about leaving. That being said, your actual providers seem to lack any and all empathy for your patients and this would sound a lot more crazy if you didn't have dozens of reviews just on Facebook alone of the same types of problems. My mother in law had a heart cath yesterday. I was very impressed with the doctors and nurses. They were all very kind and compassionate.
Tried out a new device today
Thought my son's nurse was more worried about her personal business then the care of my child. She spent her time on the phone with her insurance company deciding if her family had adequate coverage more so if they had dental! Heard the entire conversation as she was not discreet in regards to her conversation. Another nurse that wasn't assigned to my son actually got him through his discharge as his nurse was busy with a personal call. His doctor was great and he is doing well but the nurse was lacking in her bedside manner... read more
