Emergency room doctor coisman (not sure on spelling) is a joke. he seen my 10 month old son Wednesday morning for 102.7° fever, runny nose, and vomiting. He looked him over and checked vitals and said it was viral and that it had to run it's course. The congestion was supposedly in his sinuses. My son seen his pediatrician later in the day...... (which I would highly recommend) The pediatrician was shocked at the double ear infections that were overlooked along with chest congestion. My son's now on antibiotics and a steroid... read more

I like the hospital and the staff of doctors and nurses. They are so nice and friendly. The only bad thing is the valet parking! They really need more people as they have cars sitting empty and traffic backs up on Webster and you cant get to the doors to bring your loved ones home. They should always keep a lane open under that front canopy. What if there was a fire wish they had more people moving the cars even if it was only form 11:30 am till 2:00 pm.
The food was excellent , the staff was friendly
It's been 3 months and I'm more confused then ever about the diagnoses of my thyroid. I just keep racking up bills. Started out thinking it was RA not knowing I had abnormal test results I wasn't informed of, that was $500+ out of pocket. So then was told I was hyperthyroid, tests and more tests $ amount unknown at this point. Diagnoses Graves disease, yet another test then diagnosed with hypOthyroid!! So what does one do???
It's amazing here! My grandma had a stroke and is there. The staff check in on her often, talk to her, see how she's doing, reposition her if needed, have her respond to things, have good communication, keep family updated, great to visitors and their needs, great personalities, and are very positive-vibed people.
I love this hospital. I had both of my kids and all 10 of my kidney surgeries to remove stones. They are all very friendly and always willing to make me happy and comfortable.
A toilet next to the bed �? That made me feel even worse. The bed was ice cold and the nurse zoomed out of the room before I could ask for a blanket. Who wants to sleep next to a toilet? Maybe a prisoner.
Absolutely terrible place! Prescribed wrong medication, ended up being allergic. Went in to get a script for the correct medication and was charged for another complete visit. I think this is wrong and they made zero effort to rectify the situation, just said sorry nothing we can do. Avoid going there at all costs.
