After years & years of searching for someone who knew how to cut & style my "fine/thin" hair, I found REGINA!!! It was a whole new world. My first visit was to the small shop on Kingston Pike in 1993. Since then, I have not missed an appointment in twenty-five years. Miracle is amazing!!! She truly is a “Miracle worker”!!! I came to her with the DARKEST WAY grew out roots and I walked out with the most amazing blonde hair!!! Even though she was busy she still took time with me and CARED if I was happy and made sure I knew everything she was putting on my hair!! I have FINALLY found me a forever hair stylist!
had a massage and facial today. services were fine. customer service, however, SUCKS. I have never been to a spa where I was scolded for wanting to take a shower after a massage! After the incident, I didn't even get the chance to say anything about it because not a single person asked me how everything was when I was checking out!!! save your money and find somewhere else. I shouldn't leave a spa feeling pissed off, it should be relaxing!!!!
