What is noted while visiting Sunrise dental is the degree of laughter emanating from other procedure rooms, this I believe is much preferable to moaning and screaming and is one of the reasons i continue to return for their excellent services.

It was another good experience from scheduling the appt, automatic reminders, cleaning and general attitude of all of the staff. This is coming from someone who is terrified about going to see the dentist for years.

Everyone at this location was really inviting and informative. The care I received was very professional. The only "issue" I experienced was that I was told my insurance covered the cleaning and the exam that I did but I ended up having to pay a $50 deductible. I am still getting used to my new dental insurance so having the mixed information is frustrating.

What a wonderful experience I had. From the friendly staff at the front desk, to my amazing dental hygienist, and dentist, I couldn't have had a better experience! The hygienist was professional, kind, and a lovely person, while the dentist was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have always enjoyed going here, but my experience this past Friday was superb. Thank you for keeping my smile pretty and teeth healthy!

I was first genuinely and warmly welcomed by the office staff! Then Vlada, who spelled out her name twice welcomed me in as my dental hygienist. She was very through and genuine. Vlada completely explained everything she was doing and that I needed deep cleaning. She showed me why I needed deep cleaning and told me it would take 2 hours. Vlada cleaned the plaque off of my teeth; she told me that my tooth was cracked. Dr. Im came in and took a picture of my tooth with Vlada assisting. He explained to me exactly that the tooth was cut in half. Dr. Im explained that the deep cleaning would be a "bloody" procedure and that I should eat breakfast. I was told that I would have a Periodontist use an ultrasonic device and use tools manually. I shook Dr. Im's hand and after paying my bill was greeted by a lady who gave me liquid fluoride to swish around for 1 minute; she stood there the whole time. Overall I was completely satisfied and impressed with the through professional service that I received.
